Yes! We specialize in OEM and ODM battery pack solutions. We can configure voltage, capacity, dimensions, BMS parameters, and connectors to meet your exact specifications. Our engineering team works closely with clients from prototype to mass production. Minimum order quantities vary by product type.

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and PayPal (for sample orders). For first-time buyers, we typically require 30% deposit with balance paid before shipment. Payment terms are negotiable for established relationships.

Standard battery packs: 15-25 working days, custom OEM packs: 25-40 working days, bulk orders (100+ units): 30-45 working days. Shipping time varies by destination: Express: 5-7 days, Air freight: 7-15 days, Sea freight: 20-40 days.

9. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes! We offer sample orders for quality evaluation. Sample costs are typically 1.5-2x the wholesale price. Sample shipping is free for orders over $500. Sample costs are deductible from bulk orders placed within 6 months.
